The Casbah is a mobile bar and catering company, specialising in festivals, weddings and ‘Unique’ Events. Our clientele are music lovers with a great taste in drinks and service.
We bring the bar structure, products, any equipment required and highly trained and licensed staff to any location in the UK. We don’t just shake and pour drinks; The Casbah is an experience, from our carefully selected Scottish products, our truly unique cocktails, colourful décor and logo to the bespoke list of music that is played – you are sure to remember your experience with us!
The Casbah has an extensive cocktail list that changes seasonally to reflect the flavours that are the freshest. We have two signature cocktails that are always on offer, a rum based one called ‘Rock The Casbah’ and a gin based one called ‘Ginny Hendricks’. We put a real focus on using products our customers want so we are happy to customize our drinks to suit your event. We offer as much organic and ‘free from’ products as possible including a dairy free white Russian and gluten free beer.
Owner and operator Karrie was born into the trade and worked in bars, restaurants and clubs until starting the Casbah in 2016. Her father is an award winning hospitality entrepreneur and she has trained under Vivienne O’Shannesay (author of the road to hospitality) in Melbourne’s famous Brunswick Street. The Casbah was only a pipe dream until The Princes Trust helped with a start-up loan and the company has gone from strength to strength.

At The Casbah we provide a fully portable bar service across the UK. We bring with us fresh unique cocktails with a focus on Scottish products as well as the best products from around the globe.

This option allows you to have bars at your event with no risk and no fee. We will bring the bars and we will keep the profits while allowing you to have a professional bar service at your event.

BAR BABYSITTING
The Casbah will come to your premises, work with you and your team, learn your ways and then stand in for you while you get your Holiday or well-deserved staff night out. We charge a fee for this and have systems in place for stock and income. This service is simple and free from hidden costs, no % income will be required, only the agreed fee.

The Casbah is available to come to your premises or event and help implement a new bar system, train staff, set up suppliers and fix any problems that may arise. Again, we just charge a fee for this service.

STAFF & EQUIPMENT HIRE
The Casbah has a wide range of equipment and suppliers available for hire as well as Management, Bar and Service Staff.

PROFIT BOOSTING
The Casbah can come to your event and supply all bars on site. We can provide the structure, the staff and the products while allowing you to keep 100% of the profit and pay us a fee.
ACCESIBILITY
Owner Karrie has a Degree in British Sign Language (Level 6) and can supply as signer with a bar to any event with D/deaf Customers.
